MB Girls Flag Fall 2026

Service Description

A Saturday program built for girls to learn the game, develop their skills and experience the confidence and excitement of flag football. Powered by Flag Lab Performance, each 90-minute session combines purposeful instruction with competitive, age-appropriate play. Players will develop: • Passing, catching and route running • Footwork, agility and defensive skills • Football IQ and decision-making • Confidence, teamwork and leadership • Skills through drills, games and live play No previous football experience is required. Beginners will learn the fundamentals, while experienced athletes will sharpen their skills and get more meaningful reps. Fall Season: Oct 10–Dec. 19 Saturdays · 9–10:30 AM Flamingo Park No sessions Nov. 21 or 28 for Thanksgiving break. Open to girls of all experience levels.
